My Daddy

Soren has been working hard on his school history project. He has picked a famous and important figure to report on.

Satellite Detector

Soren has been monitoring the night sky for satellites. He has already detected one from a distant galaxy and we can only expect more exciting news from this amazing inventor in the future.

Leif the Builder

Leif has been working on his architecture skills, building this awesome fortress. Unfortunately it was not built to withstand extreme conditions and suffered irreperable damage when he smashed it down. No one was injured.

Hugo

Soren is inspired by the movie Hugo to create this image of a rocket crashing into the eye of the man on the moon. Bravo Monsieur.

Planetarium

Soren went to the planetarium last week and then created this fantastic picture of when the Sun was beginning to form.

Poppy

Soren has been hearing about Anzac Day on school, so he made this poppy to take in for show and tell. The red part is made of cut out hands, and all the foliage was collected from our garden. It's all glued together with plenty of PVA. Good effort Soren!

Dinosaur... Roar!

Leif loves Peppa Pig, so Soren has painted this picture of George Pig's dinosaur, plus a palm tree for it to eat. Roar!

Out in the Park

Here we can see Daddy and Soren on their bikes, Mummy having a run and Leif on his trike. It looks like a lovely day out in the park. Fantastic picture Soren!

Bath Time Fun

Soren and Leif had great fun decorating the tiles during bath time.

The Fly

Houses Over Time

Soren would like to share his expert knowledge of the development of architecture over the ages. Another historian in the making I think.

Leif da Vinci

Leif has been getting down and dirty with the paints in the garden to produce these  masterpieces. I'm sure we'll see them hanging in the Tate before long.

We Still Love Library Craft

Soren and Leif were back at the library this week, creating a butterfly and a bunny mask.

Rafting

Here we have Soren holding the model raft he made and the plan he drew first. Spot the A student!

Robots

Soren decided to draw some robots whilst driving home from the Sunshine Coast.

Here we have a normal humanoid robot and a robot on caterpillar tracks that shoots water to put out fires.

This robot carries boxes and has a video camera attached so that it won't bump into things.
